Hot New HBO series- True Detective may well be the next Breaking Bad
True Detective is the new HBO tv series featuring detectives Rust Cohle and Martin Hart who become embroiled in a 17 year long hunt for a black-magic influenced serial killer.
True Detective already seems like being possibly one of the biggest TV hits of the year, and has gripped audiences and fans of linea crime drama.
Set in Louisiana the plot vaguely follows the search for a serial killer which begins in 1995 and involves the ritualmurder of a young prostitute found dead with a bizarre icon on her back and wearing a crown of deer antlers.
Cohle and Martin make an unlikely team whose lives are effectively changed forever and the story focuses on a series of interviews the two give years after the events.
