Want to build muscle
I get this question questioned all the time “I want to build muscle” and I understand it. I mean when I get a client come to me offering to pay 100s, or even 1000s he says to me “I want to build muscle.” I look at the guy and ask him what he’s done so far (usually it’s a awful routine with awful nourishment advice) Just recently I was speaking to a guy who is part of the British isles gymnastic team and his diet was crap. He came to me to improve his gymnastic strength to get a better push over the competition, he was amazingly proficient but unfortunately his strength training and finally his nourishment was awful.
